CERT Basic Training

The City of Yucaipa’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training is a program that prepares you to help yourself, your family, and your neighbors in the event of a disaster. During a major incident, emergency service personnel cannot reach everyone immediately. By training in CERT, you will have the skills to assist your family and neighbors, save lives, and protect property. CERT groups are known and trusted resources to emergency responders and their communities. As a member of CERT, you may respond to disasters and participate in drills, exercises, and city events.
